My 12-month Coaching Commitment Statement:
I fully commit to attending all my coaching sessions and organising my time more efficiently to allocate time to everything I am trying hard to achieve. I currently feel like I am stretching myself to the max, and certain items are being pushed to the bottom of the pile, even though they are essential. I will make sure I spend every Sunday with the family; I will allocate time to personal progression and business development, not just making the cogs turn. We analyse the job costs and potential profits in the jobs before starting, so keep improving and testing this and changing it when required.
