My Successful Outcome:
I have completed my first year in business and exceeded my turnover target of £1,000,000, and hit my target of a year one NET profit of £150,000. I had complete clarity on the CORE market for my business, which included buy to FLIP. This has allowed me to start year two strong and confident and seek other potential opportunities and add additional income streams.
This year I recruited 5 people and have used this to create the culture I want for my business moving forward.
