My Successful Outcome:
I have a successful property development business, focusing on project managing high end projects with a good mixture of refurbishments, property flips, rental portfolios, and new builds. I've bought land to develop on via several new high-net-worth investors and have continued this trend throughout the year. I have also reinvested in my business with the addition of 2 new staff members joining my team. I have also moved into the social housing sector with a view to help children/teenagers in crisis.
