Annual Goals
- Successfully embed as a trusted colleague within the first 6 months of commencing
- Ensure I spend at least 5 hours a day engaged with my family and their needs.
- Undertake 3 sessions in the gym per week
- To have renovated the en-suite by May
- To have increased the shared savings pot by at least 10% by June
- To have identified and engaged an architect / design authority for the replacement lobby
- To spend more quality time with my wife such as meals, walks, etc
- To have embarked upon a formal coaching qualification
- To have initiated a targeted campaign for new business generation within my own locality
- Lose 2 st in weight by Aug

At all times I will have a clear, robust, easy to follow the plan in place for Myself, My Family and My business and always commit to my weekly, monthly and quarterly goals. I will continually improve & tweak my coaching plan, ensuring that my goals & high payoff activities/actions are reviewed regularly and that I am are always working on the right actions. I will always look for ways to free up my own time and stop procrastinating, enabling me to spend more time working on the business and looking for opportunities to grow my business.
