Annual Goal 1 : To reach £500k t/o - With n/p @ 20% (Measured from Feb 24 to Feb 25)
1 : I need to start marketing - will speak to Sophia who is a social media marketer. Will update at next meeting.
2 : I know some architects and I will contact them to see if we can win some business. Will update at next meeting.
3 : I will speak to my contact (Sarah-Jane Webster) at FMB and ask more about membership. She said she would send and assessor to visit me when I apply. I will ask her about supply of enquiries/leads. Will update at next meeting.
