My Successful Outcome:
I've continued to add to my property portfolio, which has allowed me to achieve my ultimate goal to travel to a warmer climate during the winter months. Putting the relevant systems, processes and people in place, has allowed me to work on the business remotely during the winter months. I've also maintained a steady and sufficient cash flow throughout the year, and established and solidified relationships with the people I want to work with and spend my downtime with.
