My Successful Outcome:
I have a successful property development business with a good mixture of refurbishments, property flips, rental portfolios, and new builds. Since the lockdown, I have attracted several new high net worth investors and continued this trend throughout the year. I have also reinvested in my business with the addition of 2 new staff members joining my team.
