1 : Would like to learn more about the end-to-end financial process, and want to build commercial acumen skills. Take internal training (already registered interest in both courses). Expand network and build up key contacts to raise profile internally. Colleague Connect day - depts showcase their work, meet people you don't know. Attend September day and sign up to at least 2 dept showcases. Also attend November colleague connection day. Another way to network build is to ask for a mentor. Could kill 2 birds with one stone and find someone in a department where you would lie to build knowledge e.g. finance or commercial. Joanne to speak to Manager. Can also consider offering to mentor someone else.

Annual Goal 5 : It very hard not to look back on the negative aspects of my childhood, while I was loved, fed and cared for there was never any 'push' to grow or develop any special skills. I struggled though high school and could not wait to leave, which I as soon as i could and started working in a factory. I try to learn and grow and have done very well in my development but there are some area that I know that will always have a brick wall around and I'm happy with that.

My Successful Outcome:

Under my leadership, our Global Team has successfully completed a complex multi-regional document destruction project,
this has helped the team enhance their decision-making, project planning, and communication skills.
Additionally, I facilitated professional growth, mentoring two individuals into leadership roles. These challenges provided
insight into my own strengths and weaknesses, and by embracing these challenges, I have gained confidence in my newly
developed abilities
