1 : Contact some of the bigger companies and look for sub-contract work. This to be reviewed at each meeting.
2 : I need to have my website updated and optimised for SEO. I have a meeting which a guy at Justifiable media who can do this and I will update at our next meeting.
3 : Through my QS I tendered for a job in Fordham which is a large extension. We have now received confirmation that we've been selected - c£150k

1 : Most of my current work is made up of short jobs, that don't allow me to hire someone. As the bigger jobs come in, I will be able to hire employees, which in turn would free up some of my time. I will continue to speak with my contact at the engineering company to secure the larger project(s). We will review this each month.

3 : I'm speaking to another guy who was previously a stockbroker. He build 2 houses, which I did some work on and we talked about doing some work together, where I do ground works and project management. This has came to the fore again recently. I will update at next meeting.

He's coming out next week to measure up and discuss ideas.
