Annual Goal 1 : Financial freedom with solid profit margin. Last years' t/o £400k now aiming for £700k with n/p 20%
1 : We buy leads from Trust A Trader (there is an annual fee which includes leads) - Rated People.... There is a cost to this but it seems to generate leads.
2 : We will look at the possibility of Hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA) to start our digital marketing.

Annual Goal 2 : To have the business more organised in terms of meetings and planning. Think about contractors meetings as well.
1 : We are looking at introducing team meetings and are now working on a set agenda. The intention is that each meeting moves the business forward. We now holding team meetings every 2 weeks and then the 2 of us meet every Wednesday.
