My Successful Outcome:

Over the last year we have increased our turnover to over one million. I have recruited additional tradesmen and have now
established a better office environment where I have now got a PA/ ASSISTANT and an experienced estimator.

This has given me the ability to concentrate on marketing of the building company and more time to find and view conversion and serviced accommodation developments for Bellamy Developments Ltd.

This has now given us a higher status locally and we are the go to company for bespoke projects.

Bellamy Building company is now one step closer to being a business that would attract potential purchasers leaving me
more time to concentrate on our own developments going forward
